Donations
A Better Footprint is in the beginning stages of organizing a 501(c3) non-profit organization. We have the vision to educate communities and schools about Fair Trade and multiculturalism, as well as fund groups and community projects around the world.
All donations received prior to 501(c)(3) certification, which may not be tax-deductible, shall be applied to the initial capitalization of A Better Footprint, Inc. We have a goal of reaching $40,000 over the next 12 months. Please consider donating now, call 920-569-6332 or mail donations to:
A Better Footprint, Inc. 1228 Main Street, Green Bay, WI 54302.
So Far, Your Donations Have Supported
Hundreds of pairs of new and gently used shoes for Gambian children, advance payment for our artisan partners, school fees for several students, and first aid supplies for wood carvers.
Will You Help Ebou?
Ebou Jammeh is 25 and looking for sponsorship for Marketing School in The Gambia, West Africa. While the cost is only $600, it is much too difficult for his family to support him, and Ebou has been unable to find work that affords him much savings. While he is now being trained as a woodcarver, he would love to continue his education. If you'd like to consider sponsoring Ebou, please contact us at abetterfootprint@gmail.com
Thank you, we have found a sponsor for Omar Sowe! His two sisters, however, are looking for additional support to continue their education. Please contact us if you are interested.
