The first way that most people find out about and help contribute to the mission of Fair Trade is by purchasing fair trade items. With a growing range of fair trade products available, from sugar and coffee to purses and sports balls, we can all join the team of supporters by choosing to purchase Fair Trade products that were created with dignity.

Get Paid to be a Fair Trade Ambassador
Going beyond simply purchasing fair trade items or hosting one festival sale, our Ambassadors earn income by choosing to make Fair Trade part of their independent career. A Better Footprint Ambassadors set their own schedule and earn up to 50% of the orders they receive through our Ambassador Career Plan.

Serve as a Fair Trade Volunteer
Nationwide, we're looking for volunteers to host Consignment sales. These volunteers educate themselves about Fair Trade, sign up to have a booth at a local farmers market or craft fair, and sell A Better Footprint Fair Trade products on consignment. Volunteers send back unsold merchandise and can choose to keep or donate a percentage of the proceeds. If you live in Northeastern Wisconsin, we're always looking for help in our retail store (downtown Green Bay), to speak at school functions, and to help staff local events.
