The laws of the State of Wisconsin shall cover this agreement and the customer agrees that any controversies will be litigated in the State Court of Wisconsin. Worldgoods, LLC shall not under any circumstances be liable to the customer or any other party for lost profits, diminution of goodwill or any other special or consequential damages whatsoever with respect to any claim hereunder. Worldgoods, LLC liability for claims under this agreement shall not exceed the cost of the product itself covered under this agreement.
